  • Processing Timeline: Our warehouse team requires 2 business days (excluding weekends and recognized public holidays) to pick, inspect, and safely package your order.

  • Fulfillment Confirmation: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, our system will automatically generate an email containing your tracking credentials.

2. Delivery Rates and Free Shipping Qualifications We maintain transparent and straightforward shipping pricing for all customers:

  • Standard Delivery: Any order that does not meet our minimum requirement will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99, which is calculated and applied at checkout.

  • Complimentary Shipping: As a courtesy to our customers, we automatically waive the shipping fee—providing Complimentary Standard Shipping—on any single order with a subtotal greater than $45.98.

3. Estimated Transit Times By leveraging a network of strategic international fulfillment centers, Droraie provides the following delivery estimates:

  • United Kingdom / Europe / Canada: 7–15 business days.

  • Asia / Oceania / Rest of World: 8–15 business days.

  • Note: These transit times are strictly estimates provided by our logistics partners. Final delivery dates may fluctuate due to uncontrollable factors, such as extreme weather, carrier backlogs, or local customs clearance protocols.

4. Order Tracking Visibility into your shipment's journey is crucial. Upon dispatch, you can use the provided tracking number on our integrated tracking page or directly on the carrier’s portal. Please be aware that scanning systems may take up to 48 hours to display the initial location data after the carrier picks up the package.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees All international shipments are dispatched under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Droraie does not collect international taxes upfront. As the importer of record, the customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes assessed by their country's border authorities.

6. Damaged Goods and Missing Parcels While we take extensive preventative measures to protect your goods, unforeseen transit issues can occasionally occur.

  • Transit Damage: If a storage rack arrives bent or a bath mat arrives defective due to severe mishandling, you must email support@droraie.com within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Stolen or Lost Parcels: Droraie’s liability officially concludes once a carrier scans a package as "Delivered". For missing packages marked as delivered, customers must contact the carrier directly to file an investigation and thoroughly check their property or with neighbors.
